At Thomas Pest Services, we build lasting relationships through personalized pest management. You'll often see the same technician, who'll get to know your home and family well.

Using advanced mobile technology, our technicians efficiently record detailed observations and treatments. You'll receive a comprehensive service report within 3 to 5 days of our Comprehensive Complete Care visit, offering insights into pest activity, services rendered, products used, and potential risks. This report, aimed at empowering you with knowledge to protect your home, will be emailed to you.

Our user-friendly online portal further enhances your experience by simplifying bill payments and providing access to your account history and service insights.

To the Family! 

Upon their arrival, your Thomas Pest Services Technician will review the plan for service and eagerly answer any questions you might have. It's important to note that witnessing an increase in pest activity before their complete eradication is quite normal! 

Our First Service Check-In

After your initial service, we'll see you in two months!  Your dedicated Thomas Pest Services technician will conduct your inaugural service visit. Look out for an email from us, which will detail the date and time of your scheduled appointment.

Staying Connected: Every Other Month 

 

Approximately 2 weeks before each appointment, look out for an email detailing your upcoming service's date and time. And rest assured, your Technician will call en route to your location!

Ongoing Protection: Monthly Billing

 

To make your experience as hassle-free as possible, we've simplified our billing process to a monthly fee that will be automatically charged to your saved credit card. And don't forget, should you encounter any problems between services, just reach out to us—we're here to help!

• Inspect, reinforce, and service rodent bait stations & insect monitors
• Remove any accessible rodent droppings or spider webbing
• Perform an energy audit of the home to evaluate attic insulation levels
Exterior:
• Perform a full pest inspection of the home
• Identify any potential rodent or pest entry points and perform minor exclusion
• Complete a crack and crevice application to the home in preparation for spring
March & April Services
Interior:
• Perform a full pest inspection of the home
• Address any pest and/or rodent concerns
• Inspect, reinforce, and service rodent bait stations and insect monitors
• Remove any accessible rodent dropping and spider webbing
• Inspect for any signs of foraging carpenter ants and/or wood-destroying insect activity
Exterior:

• Identify any potential rodent or pest entry points and perform minor exclusion
• Reinforce crack and crevice application or apply a liquid preventive treatment
• Complete a pest audit of your property to identify conducive conditions for pest harborage areas

• Re-inspect and reinforce rodent equipment in preparation for cooler weather

• Complete a pest audit of your property to identify conducive conditions of pest harborage areas
